Trakehner Stallion
After careful research of pedigree and performance bloodlines, we purchased our Trakehner stallion Donnerval Rosewood. "Donner" as we call him is a product of many generations of impressive champion bloodlines on both his sire's and dam's side. His pedigree includes elite stallion Ibikus, world-renowned Consul, and the legendary Impuls, to name a few.
Donner as a young stallion already demonstrates exceptional athletic ability, outstanding movement and elegance, and a natural jumping talent with impressive scope and consistent style.

Donner's Sire's Line
Donner's sire, Holme Park Vincent, was imported from England in 1993, and inspected and approved in Canada by the Canadian Trakehner grading commission. Vincent's sire, Holme Grove Solomon approved in 1991, later trained at Grand Prix level dressage, and in 1998 awarded the BHF Top British Bred Dressage Stallion. Vincent's mother Vabanque, sired by the legendary stallion Consul, was champion of her grading in England in 1988 and won Supreme Championship that year and again in 1997. Consul himself, has been rated as one of the World's Top Sires of all times out of all warmblood breed classes, and one of Germany's most popular stallions

Donner's Dam's Line
Donner's dam Designer's Choice, sired by Karneval II, also has just as exceptional bloodlines. Karneval, approved in 1975 in Germany, has many performing offspring in many disciplines. His sire Ibikus, was renowned for his amazing gaits and impeccable movements. He had a tremendous impact on the overall performance of the Trakehner breed by his huge influence of successful sons and daughters. His sire Impuls was also of legendary status, and has been said to be "the most important breeding stallion of the postwar era".
These stallions are responsible for immense performance and future of the Trakehner though their many world renowned bloodlines and prodigy. They have produced many elite status stallions and premium mares, Grand Prix Champions, and Olympic competition horses in many disciplines including hunter, jumper, eventing, and dressage.
